I liked that the room was really well appointed with laundry, kitchen, a microwave oven.

This place is super clean and has a cool vibe. I really liked the well-stocked rooms and the staff here goes above and beyond to help. The spot is great, not too far from a famous clock tower. Plus, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, it's a win👌.

The staff is nice, approachable. A subway station is close to the hotel, central location.

The room was good-sized and equipped with a microwave oven and washing machine, as example as described. Accommodating staff, they helped us a lot. Location: the hotel was just off Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping street and Odori Station and the city center.

The rooms with a kitchenette were great, and being centrally located was convenient, plus it was just a short 15-minute drive to Sapporo Okadama airport.

I stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the favourable and incredible location close to main attractions. The staff were attentive all the time. The room I had was brand-new and beautifully maintained with washing machine, a kitchenette, microwave oven.

This hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the shopping street and close to many restaurants. It was also directly opposite the canal, which was lovely to walk along. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided pyjamas, slippers, and toothbrushes, which was a nice touch.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent a great New Year's at a hotel in the heart of Sapporo's entertainment district. The hotel was convenient, offering two complimentary factors such as breakfast and coffee voucher. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a five-minute walk from a major park and several bars and restaurants. Our room had a washing machine, which was so convenient; one less thing to worry about while packing.

During the day, we heard loud, audio advertisements blown from light poles in the city's streets. It's challenging to get some sleep during the day if you're a light sleeper or resting in the middle of the day.

The staff were accommodating, providing instructions for parking our car and even offering a free coffee voucher. The room had a washing machine and free washing powder, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.
